The Lusers Are Too Strong

Sulla musica di The man's too strong dei Dire Straits.

I'm just an ageing sysadmin
and in my day I mantain
a bunch of servers
for the lusers to damn
now they say they want exchange
because sendmail's too strong
and doesn't like their spam

I have stopped downloads
of many gigabytes
I have restored dataspaces
and compressed megabytes
I have written shell scripts
with O'Reilly and other books
invented statistics
and posted to the web
and they keep nagging
and they keep bothering
the lusers are too many
the lusers are too strong!

Well I have tried to be mean
and I have tried to be lean
But now I'm just evil
and a little anhoressic
I have lived behind firewalls
to keep nasty things away
striven for peace
but here is another microsoft update
and they keep nagging
and they keep bothering
the lusers are too many
the lusers are too strong!

Well the sun rose on the courtyard
and they all did hear me say
You always were a pain
but I'm leaving anyway
you can give me your silver
but I swear upon my life
someone gave me diamonds
and I get a better life
good bye to all the luser
and I hope I'm wrong when I say
the lusers are too many
the lusers are too strong!

Comments are added when and more important if I have the time to review them and after removing Spam, Crap, Phishing and the like. So don't hold your breath. And if your comment doesn't appear, is probably becuase it wasn't worth it.
