XP no more

Alea Iacta Est!

The last supported version of windows XP: XP POS, specifically designed for Point-Of-Sales devices, is no longer supported. Now maybe all the manufacturer will have to pull their collective heads out of their asses and try to get something a tad newer into their machines. I don't know... something made during this decade maybe?

Seriously, why everybody complaint about "lack of support" and "updates" and then we end up with 20+ years old software on machine that are operated almost 24x7?
